Japanese company will fire anyone who is overweight
“Kenko Shindan” = Health checkup was required for every employee annually
When I go search for more information as I’m curious why on earth the Japanese are healthy than many countries’ people,
I FOUND this
‘Japanese lawmakers last year (2008) set a maximum waistline size for anyone age 40 and older: 85 centimeters (33.5 inches) for men and 90 centimeters (35.4 inches) for women.’
To PREVENT
‘Japan’s “metabo law” aims to save money by heading off health risks related to obesity (metabolic syndrome, a leading indicator for heart disease and diabetes)’
Really nice,
Why don’t Malaysia have this law too?
Less Obesity
Can save lots of money~~
Or this law is prohibited as the Malay-sian love SUGAR~
Then we can follow what the Obama did,
Add tax for any sugar things~
which mean even we go McD also have to pay for the sugar inside the Coke?
Ooo… It’s hard to imagine world without sugar…
If I’m going Japan to work, I think I’ll fail the test~ XD
